How do I determine the right bike size for me?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on each product page. Generally, sizing is based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for stability or sizing down for more technical maneuverability.
Do Haro bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and instructions, but recommend a professional bike shop safety check before your first ride.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return window for bikes in new, unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs for large items like bicycles are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply if the original packaging is damaged.
Does my Haro bike come with a warranty?
Yes, all Haro frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as forks, wheels, and drivetrains are typically covered for one year from the date of purchase.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
