Prepare the Package
Securely pack the uninstalled components or bike in its original shipping crate, ensuring all manuals and small parts are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Refund Processing
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
